Nicky Chisholm is a successful business women and entrepreneur in her own right, now with years of business experience  working as a businesses start up advisor for Startup Co  and more importantly having 2 young children, she has merged her skills to provide essential businesses start up seminars designed specifically for Mumprenuers like herself.

The key to running your own business as a mum, is long term planning, utilising various support networks and solutions, plus most importantly managing your expectations in both your business and domestic life! To address these areas the Mums in Biz seminars include sessions on business planning, time management, child care opportunities, marketing, training, funding, sources of information, finance and provides business profiles plus what to do and where to go next!

We make it easy

Managing, time, money and family life as a business mum is not easy, Mums in Biz understand this more than most, all the mums that attend and run the seminars face the same daily challenges, which is why our seminars are intended to take some of the leg work out of your day. For one day, you can relax with like minded mums, in a professional businesses environment, bounce ideas around and know your children are being cared for. We even provide you with lunch and teas and coffee and biscuits throughout the day you won’t have to do a thing except absorb very useful information.

All seminars are held at The Sussex Innovation Centre they are supported by Brighton Day Nursery and is partner of Brighton and Hove Chamber of Commerce.
